Nyc Christmas Tree Disposal 2024 Calendar. Starting on december 26 and through january 8, the city is bringing back their annual tree recycling program, and new yorkers are encouraged to bring their christmas trees. The department of sanitation (dsny) conducts a special christmas tree collection every january.

For all other nyc residents, dsny will collect clean christmas trees and wreaths from friday, january 5, 2024, through saturday, january 13, 2024 — weather permitting.
